JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mansurchak P.S. Case No. 92 of 2013 registered under Sections-302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Admittedly, None has seen actual killing of the deceased and in course of investigation, some witnesses stated that the deceased sustained the injury accidentally and he was taken to hospital by the petitioner and others but he could not be saved. Moreover, some of the co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.

No.11036 of 2015 (5) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also keeping in mind that the petitioner is a lady and no overt act has been attributed against her, let the petitioner named above, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mansurchak P.S. Case No. 92 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjeev Kumar, J.M.-Ist Class, Begusarai subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
