Today I have granted bail to the petitioner of Criminal Misc. No. 14130 of 2016 and 14157 of 2016.

It is stated that the present case is also similar in nature. The case has been lodged by the Circle Officer alleging that on inspection of the business premises shortage of coal was found. For the reasons stated in the order dated 26.05.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14130 of 2016 and 14157 of 2016 as also the fact that in same other similar case, relief has been granted to the petitioner(s), I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14212 of 2016 (3) dt.26-05-2016 2/2 arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Aurangabad Mufassil P.S. Case No. 42/2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2), the code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. The petitioner shall appear on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in appearance on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall have liberty to cancel his bail bonds.
