The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case No. 202 of 2020 dated 20.03.2020, instituted for offence under Section 292 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name appears to have transpired during the course of investigation. He has been remanded in this case from the other case in which he was in custody and in the present case, he is in jail since 13.04.2020.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34553 of 2020(2) dt.22-12-2020 2/2 Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case No. 202 of 2020.

The petition stands allowed.
