The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 354B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, it is stated that the husband of the informant intervened and settled a dispute between the petitioner along with one another with the shop keeper over payment of cigarette. It is thereafter stated that on the next date the ten named accused persons variously armed assaulted the husband of the informant as a result of which he died. The informant was also assaulted.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The

A number of coaccused have been enlarged on bail vide order dated 16.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. no.75946 of 2019 and order dated 2.6.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. no.9638 of 2020. The petitioner is in custody since 26.6.2021 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the grant of bail to the above mentioned coaccused and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Raghunathpur. P.S. Case no. 145 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VIII, Siwan.
