JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.104 of 2014 instituted under Section-498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section-3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Dalsinghsarai. Petitioner does not dispute that he was married to the complainant on 08.06.2012. He states that as the wife is more literate than him there has been differences which laid to this unfortunate episode.

Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Amit Kumar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33639 of 2014 (02) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 Mahto shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dalsinghsarai in connection with Complaint Case No.104 of 2014 (Tr.
