The application with respect to petitioner no. 2/ Munna Yadav is dismissed as withdrawn.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35415 of 2020(2) dt.26-03-2021 2/3 The petitioner nos. 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 30 (a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

170.640 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the cattle shed of one Vakil Yadav, who is said to be related to the petitioners.

There is no recovery from the exclusive possession of the petitioners and the said Vakil Yadav is in custody. The petitioners do not have criminal antecedents. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner nos. 1, 3,4, 5 and 6 are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge -II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan, in connection with Raghunathpur P.S.
