Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mehasi P. S. case no. 146/2013 registered under section 498A of the IPC and 3/ 4 of the D. P. Act.
Petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law whereas petitioner no.2 is unmarried sister-in-law of the informant.
It is stated that father-in-law and husband of the informant have already been granted privilege of bail.
Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8312 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K.Bharati, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran /concerned court in Mehasi P. S. case no. 146/2013 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
