A show cause is filed enclosing an order dated 27.04.2019 of the Municipal Commissioner whereby the objection as regarding the rent has been rejected.

In such view of the matter and since the representation has since been disposed of, we grant liberty to the petitioner if so advised, to question the same in an appropriate
