2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Mahila P.S. Case No. 04 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

3. As per the FIR, it appears that this is a case of consensual sex.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.1.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
