JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-08-2016 In the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the challenge is to the order dated 18th July, 2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Buxar in Buxar(M) P.S. Case No.145 of 2011 whereby cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and the petitioners have been summoned to face trial.

2. I have perused the record. I find that the petitioners are named in the FIR. The allegations made therein do attract ingredients

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31578 of 2013 dt.03-08-2016 2/2 of the offences alleged. In that view of the matter, if the judicial Magistrate, upon perusal of the police report, has taken cognizance of the offences, no illegality can be found in the impugned order.

3. Accordingly, the application, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
