Regard being had to the gravity of the offence as also the fact that name of the petitioner transpired during investigation of the case lodged under Sections341, 342, 354, 354-A, 354-B, 354-D, 323 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
