On 11.03.2024, a direction was given to file counter affidavit which has come and as per it, the reply filed by the Circle Officer, Sadar, Patna in paragraph 8, it has been informed that Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 132/2017-18 has been dropped by the Additional Collector, Patna in view of the fact that Title Appeal No. 04/2023 is pending.
