JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 19-03-2015 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner wants in this writ application a direction to the authorities to take his period of daily wages services for the purpose of computation of qualifying services for payment of his pension and other retirement benefit and the admitted position that from the year 1990 to 1994 when he got appointed on the post of Peon under the order of the Collector dated 24.3.1994, he was not holding any substantive appointment, he would definitely not be entitled for reckoning the aforesaid period of daily wages appointment towards the qualifying service in terms of Rule 58 and Rule 61 of the Bihar Pension Rule.

That being so, this application is wholly misconceived
