The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner no. 1 namely Chandeshwar Rai.

Accordingly, this bail application on behalf of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47365 of 2021(3) dt.27-04-2022 2/2 petitioner no. 1, above named, is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner no. 2 is a lady.

Considering the same, her application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner no. 2 above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-2nd Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S.
