In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 68 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is aged about 30 years and her paramour is aged 18 years. She called to him at Shiv Mandir near four line where already two persons were there killed the victim. Looking to the entirety of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly her prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. This Court is not giving any opinion on merit.
