On a limited issue being raised at the time of hearing by the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy available to him under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002(hereinafter to be referred to as "the Act") against the impugned action of the respondent-Bank.
