Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 341 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has clean antecedent and after seven months of the occurrence, the petitioner has been named in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused Manish Kumar. The police thereafter trying to arrest

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a businessman and he has an icecream factory in the local market and due to enmity, Manish Kumar, has named the petitioner. Manish Kumar has been granted regular bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he deserve one chance otherwise, his entire life will be destroyed. There is no chance that the petitioner shall abscond. Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Class, Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 341 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
