JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 The petitioners seek mandamus commanding the respondents to sanction a loan of Rs.130 lacs for setting up a unit by the name M/s Herbal Remedies India Pvt. Ltd. Learned counsel for the Bank submits that it would appear from perusal of Annexure-8 to the supplementary affidavit that the petitioners have to fulfill some more formalities before his application for sanction and disbursement of loan is considered.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6295 of 2016 (2) dt.21-04-2016 Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be open for the petitioners to satisfy the queries made by the Bank. In case the queries are satisfied, the Bank would consider sanctioning of the loan amount in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
