This application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 662/2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the victim have remarried. This fact is reflected in the impugned order. Therefore, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application for the bail in the trial court. If the factum of marriage with the victim is supported by the informant or the victim then the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond. If the factum of marriage is denied by the informant
