2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 281, 125(a), 125(b), 105, 106 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have deliberately ran over the car twice on Shashi Nikhil, Rajiv Ranjan and Shivan Yadav, as a result of which, Shashi Nikhil and Rajiv Ranjan died on spot. During course of investigation, the injured Shivan Yadav has supported the prosecution case and named this petitioner.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, material collected during course of investigation and statement of the injured witness, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is
