Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is accused in connection with Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 285 of 2019, registered under Sections 384, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9915 of 2020 by this Court with observation that petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months and now more than six
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36602 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 months has been elapsed after passing the said order. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Katihar in connection with Katihar Muffasil P.S.
