2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Brahampur (Krishnabrahm) P.S. Case No. 189 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 8C, 21B of NDPS Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.04.2023.

4. Prosecution case is that 10.68 Miligram of Heroine was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

5. Considering period of custody and intermittent quantity of Heroine has been recovered from his possession, let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District Judge-cum-Special Court,
