The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that the petitioner submitted all his certificates in the office of the DIG, Darbhanga, for verification for being appointed as constable in the Bihar Police but he subsequently failed to appear.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation no offence is made out against the petitioner.

This Court is not inclined to consider prayer for anticipatory bail since the case was

However, aforesaid facts constitute good grounds for consideration of regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 98 of 2008, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Begusarai.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
