Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner no.1, namely, Shambhu Bhagat.

Permission is accorded. This anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.1, namely, Shambhu Bhagat is concerned.

So far as petitioner nos. 2 to 6, namely, Usha Devi @ Urmila Devi, Rajdeo Bhagat @ Sunil Kumar, Nitin Kumar, Priyanka Kumari @ Munni Kumari and Guriya Kumari @

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36202 of 2020(5) dt.28-10-2021 2/2 Gudiya Kumari are concerned, they apprehend their arrest in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 118 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioner nos. 2 to 6 are family members of petitioner no.1 and there is case and counter case between the parties. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against petitioners. In the circumstances, the application for anticipatory bail of petitioner nos. 2 to 6, namely, Usha Devi @ Urmila Devi, Rajdeo Bhagat @ Sunil Kumar, Nitin Kumar, Priyanka Kumari @ Munni Kumari and Guriya Kumari @ Gudiya Kumari, is allowed. Let petitioner nos. 2 to 6 above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 118 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
