The petitioner has moved the Court against the order dated 07.09.2016 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kishanganj in Maintenance Case No. 12 of 2015, by which monthly maintenance of Rs. 4,000/- in favour of the opposite party no. 2, who is the wife of the petitioner and Rs. 2,000/- to the daughter, besides Rs. 10,000/- as litigation cost, has been awarded.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the
