Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.2790 of 2012 dated 11.12.2012, registered for the offence punishable u/s 332, 333, 379 and 353 of the IPC, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Begusarai.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39822 of 2023(2) dt.08-08-2023 2/2 withdrawn.

However, petitioners are at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application, considering that petitioner no.1 is 70 years old and petitioner no.2 is 62 years old and have retired from the service.
