Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 23 of Pre-Natal Diagnostic Technique Act. Petitioner runs Modern Ultrasound Clinic in Aurangabad and he denies that he permits any sex determination test in his clinic. He further submits that in course of investigation, no concrete material came which would establish that sex determination test is carried out in his clinic.
