Patna High Court CWJC No.7718 of 2017 (2) dt.19-06-2017 3/3 allowed. The impugned action is quashed and the petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 17.5.2017 in the case of Saran Zila Mukhiya Sangh vs. State of Bihar & Ors. (supra).
