2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case no. 428 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with two others embezzled altogether Rs. 13,20,000/- of IIFL Samasta Finance.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

It is further submitted that from perusal of the FIR itself, it is clear that he is a Credit Officer. It is also submitted that he has complained the informant regarding low working capacity and rating due to which he was annoyed and ultimately, he was removed from the job. It is further submitted that he was a Credit Officer and his role was only to offer loan to the customer and he has also annexed Annexure-2 to show that the loan which has been advanced, has been received by the customers and they have endorsed it on a plain paper. Further, submission is that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the prayer of bail of the petitioner.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case no. 428 of 2024, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa,
