JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case instituted under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that she along with other accused persons caught hold of the deceased and the main accused Jitendra Sharma inflicted knife blow on the deceased. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. In course of investigation police has submitted final form against the petitioner and the same was accepted by the court.

In course of trial summons have been issued against the petitioner under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that final form was submitted by police against the petitioner and the same was accepted by the court, though petitioner was named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
