The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No.828 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioners and others indulged in fighting with each other and started pelting stones on the dispute of blowing D.J. The informant went there and tried to pacify the dispute in order to maintain law and order. A local journalist also came there.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners never obstructed the police officer in discharging of his official duty. No specific allegation is made against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35331 of 2020(2) dt.19-03-2021 2/2 petitioners. Two groups of the same village were indulged in hot exchange on petty dispute but nobody was injured. Having considered the facts and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No.828 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
