2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nalanda P.S. Case No. 120 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 395, 411 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code were added.

3. As per the prosecution case, four unknown miscreants looted the e-Rickshaw of the informant on the point of pistol.

4. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner transpired in the case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Raushan Kumar on whose disclosure looted e-Rickshaw was recovered from bush beside the Panchanan River. No looted article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

5. Counsel for State however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner abovenamed on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
