2. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 109 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 64 of BNS.

3. Allegation as per FIR against petitioner is to establish physical relation with informant aged about 22 years on false pretext of marriage.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that present case lodged under wrong impression defeating the promise of marriage as same was deferred by petitioner due to family reasons which now solemnized and consequent upon petitioner and informant are living together happily as wife and husband. While concluding

5 The aforesaid submission also approved by learned APP duly assisted by learned counsel for the informant.

6. The aforesaid fact also made available on record through supplementary affidavit dated 14.11.2025.

7. Considering aforesaid factual submissions as petitioner and informant being major already solemnize their marriage and leading their married life happily, accordingly petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM 1st Class, Patna/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 109 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS. (Chandra Shekhar Jha, J) Sudha/- U T
