JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Riga P.S.Case No.21/14 a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi. Accusation is of making assault to the informant and causing grievous injury.

It is submitted that the accusation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature.

This Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
