This review application has been filed for review of the judgment and order dated 2.4.2014 passed in C.W.J.C.No.3167 of 2014 whereby the writ petition has been dismissed as withdrawn. Even the Letters patent Appeal preferred by the petitioner giving rise to L.P.A.No.1520 of 2014 was withdrawn by the learned counsel for the appellant after some arguments. Mr. Jha learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to rely upon the observation made

There is nothing in the order of the Division Bench which permits the petitioner to seek a review of the order passed by the writ Court dismissing the writ petition as withdrawn. The review application is devoid of merit and is dismissed in limine.
