The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the deceased alleged that his daughter was married to the petitioner in the month of March, 2014 and on 22.08.2014 he came to know that his daughter was burnt to death.

It is submitted that the case has been compromised and the compromise petition has been filed.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is husband and his wife died within six months of her marriage in the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail.
