All these writ applications are disposed of with a direction upon the District Magistrate, Gopalganj that he has a legal obligation to hear and decide the appeals of these petitioners on due priority especially taking into consideration that the vacancies caused due to cancellation of licences have been advertised for being filled up. Till the remedy of appeal is exhausted, no action is required to be taken to fill up the vacancies caused due to cancellation of licences of these petitioners.

It will be in the interest of administration to hear the appeals
