Petitioner is accused in connection with Rail Kiul P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019 registered under Sections 8/20B(ii)B/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 17.03.2019. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District and Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai in connection with Rail Kiul P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36236 of 2019(5) dt.03-09-2019 2/2 Case No. 56 of 2019, subject to the following conditions: i. One of the bailors should be a Government Employee.

ii) The petitioner shall remain physically present in the Court below on each and every date during trial and in the event of his failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.

iii) The petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation, if not already concluded, and make himself available as and when so required and in case of failure, the State shall be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
