JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Prosecution story is of subjecting the informant to cruelty with respect to demand of motorcycle and she was ousted from the house.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are father-in-law and mother-in-law and no specific allegation has been attributed against them and they are ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on them. Heard learned APP also.

No.35402 of 2019(3) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Siwan, in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
