1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance an appropriate, writ order or directions commanding the respondents authorities to remove respondent No.-5 & 6, who have already got residential rayati land bearing plot No.-5772, on which their residential Paka Makan building is existing where their family members are residing, however, in spite of the above facts, the respondent No.-5 & 6 have encroached the land situated at plot No.-470 (road) in front of the petitioner's land appertaining to plot No.-478, creating total blockage of the petitioner's house and further

2. Considering the nature of relief, sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
