Patna High Court CWJC No.10034 of 2022(2) dt.22-07-2022 2/2 is under Dehri Rohtas Light Railway Company Limited, a company under liquidation, and also the auction of the aforesaid land has been cancelled by the Hon'ble High Court for public purpose and the said land is one of the oldest playground and the only open ground situated in the district of Rohtas, Bihar used by the public at large for amusement purposes and also the said ground is the oxygen bank for the residents of the area and/or for issuance of any other consequential writ/writs under the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that, in view of the intervening developments, the petition may be permitted to be withdrawn.
