2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 370, 370(A), 371, 372, 373, 376(c), 34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 75 and 79 of the J.J. Act, and Sections 4, 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. It is alleged that the petitioner is the owner of the Orchestra in which minor girls were sexually exploited and abused.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is simply a victim of false implication due to police mechanism. He further submitted the apprehended girls have not alleged anything against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 26.4.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State and informant oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let this petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District and Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Motihari, East Champaran in Turkauliya Police Station Case No. 137 of 2023.
