The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Munger SC/ST P.S. Case No. 02 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST (P.O.A.) Act. The informant alleged that the petitioners were trying to lay foundation of a wall, but when the informant protested all the accused persons, petitioners, abused the informant by naming her castes and also assaulted her and other family members. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are neighbours of the informant. The informant wanted

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that on account of land dispute the occurrence took place and the informant has made allegation of abusing her by naming her caste, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Upadhyay, the I/C Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Munger SC/ST P.S.
