The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No. 50 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A ) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34940 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 of this order, is directed to be enlarged on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 50/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and thereafter the court below shall issue notice to the informant, the court below shall make efforts to resolve the dispute and if the dispute is resolved. provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed. If the dispute is not resolved, the court will pass the order on merit on provisional bail of the petitioner.
