2. The present application has been filed seeking restoration of C.W.J.C. 16980 of 2008 which was dismissed for nonprosecution on 27.02.2017.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to inadvertence, the case could not be marked in the cause list leading to non-appearance before the Court due to which the case was dismissed.

4. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

5. Having considered the matter, the Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown by learned counsel for the petitioner for his non-appearance on 27.02.2017.

6. The order dated 27.02.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16980 of 2008 stands recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original file and number.

7. The application stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
