2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawa Nagar P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is said to have fired upon the victim which has hit the victim in his leg. There is a counter case also and a title suit pending between the parties. The petitioner is in jail since 16.03.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Nawa Nagar P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024.
