This is an application for modification of order dated 27.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64245 of 2021, arising out of Barh P.S. Case No. 139 of 2021 for removal of condition no. (iii), mentioned in the aforesaid order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner request to change the bailor in place of "Manorma Devi, who is wife of the petitioner" as "Indu Devi, who is sister of the petitioner". Accordingly, the condition no. iii) imposed in the aforesaid order be modified and same be read as: (iii) That one of the bailors shall be Indu Devi, who is the sister of the petitioner and deponent of the present bail petition.
