JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,504,506 and 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that the accused persons abused the guard of the petroleum dealer and locked the generator room as the extortion money was not paid.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11518 of 2015 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 that petitioner no. 1 is partner in the petroleum dealership though the dealership was allocated to the informant but the same is being run on the land of petitioner no. 1. It is further submitted that the accusation has been levelled in the background of dispute with regard to share of profit in the petroleum dealership business. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 21 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
