JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-11-2017 The present petition has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 290 of 2017 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Hajipur.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Complaint Case No. 642 of 2016 has been filed by her which is pending at Hajipur.

3. Except a bald statement with regard to the complaint case having been filed without any details whatsoever, such as the nature of the case, the persons against whom such case was filed etc., having been stated, this Court is not satisfied that any case has been made out for transfer of the case as sought.

4. The petition stands dismissed.
