JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the state. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 8.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28501 of 2014 to the extent of recording of that the petitioner will cooperate in resumption of dispute between the parties.

The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in a case under section 498A IPC. The aforesaid undertaking does not stipulate that the petitioners will be compelled to participate in the resolution of dispute.

Hence, this court, at present, does not find any merit in the modification application.

The modification application, filed in connection with Motihari (Town) P.S. Case No. 548 of 2013, pending in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14462 of 2015 (2) dt.06-04-2015 2/2 of the learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari, stands disposed of.
